We want to get your order to you as soon as possible but please consider that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment an order is placed by you. Also, timings can vary owing to how busy we are. So if your order isn’t dispatched straight away, don’t fret! we’re on it.
Despatch Times
We aim to dispatch all single item orders within 1 working day subject to stock levels, but normally the same working day as long as the order is received by 1pm (Monday to Friday). Larger orders take their place in the queue and usually take 2 to 3 working days to process. Very large orders can take longer.
For example:
Single Item Orders placed between 1pm Thursday and 1pm Friday will normally be delivered on the following Monday.
Single Item Orders placed between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday will normally be delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery – United Kingdom
Delivery for customers in the UK: Standard Courier Delivery 1-2 business days.
The courier is APC and tracking information will be provided with your order.
Standard Delivery (£3.50) – If you select this option, parcels weighing less than 2kg will be sent by courier with a signature required unless you provide a comment of a trusted area to leave it. It is generally next day but there is no guarantee on this. You can rearrange delivery should you miss your delivery or if you know you will not be able to personally sign, please put a comment of where the parcel can be left safely.
