The paper summarised thus: Withinia Somnifera (aka Ashwagandha) alone and in combination with Shilajit prevented ethanol withdrawal and alcohol addiction.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule twice a day. We suggest stacking it with our Tier One Jiaogulan extract, which is highly beneficial for the liver too.
