Returns and Refunds
We’re sorry if there was an issue your order. At Tier One CBD we take this very seriously and may be able to help, so please, contact our customer services customerservice@tieronecbd.co.uk.
Please bear the following in mind when returning a product:
- You can return your unwanted and unused item/s by post within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and only items purchased directly from TIER ONE CBD can be returned.
- Do ensure that the item/s you are returning are re-packed and have all the origins they were received with. Item/s will not be refunded if they are opened, unless found to be faulty.
