I’d like to share with you why I formed Tier One.
Having served for 16 years, I left the military in late 1999 with a long list of injuries and failed surgery that left me with chronic pain 24/7/365. I spent the majority of my career with UKSF and when you can’t physically perform, you know it’s time to leave. This can and did, have a lasting effect on body and mind.
As the years passed, I tried many times to recover physically but it wasn’t to be. Fast forward to 2017 and now classed as disabled by the MoD, this became a definitive moment for me greatly affecting my mind-state. It felt like a ‘full stop’ and left me largely giving up on myself. I was hovering on rock bottom, again.
Within 2 days, most of the nagging chronic pains were either gone or had been dialled down. I felt more positive and I now had a bounce in my step. No longer was I reaching for ibuprofen or paracetamol throughout the day and night for respite from pain!
Within 7 days and with a new positive mind state. I joined a gym, which I attended at least 5 times a week up until C19 triggered the lockdown, but almost 12 months! This the first time since being in the military that I had managed to achieve a sustained period of self-improvement. I’ll caveat the last statement by stating that alas, it didn’t address my failed surgery, it’s good but not magic. I manage my expectations of what I can do, but, it is so much more than I did in the intervening 20 or so years.
For me, the CBD oil had to be an integrity product at an affordable price. With this in mind, I teamed with an industry-leading company who openly acknowledged their support for UK veterans to achieve this… Tier One CBD then had the green light….
If you have any questions or want to share your own story with me, please feel free to get in touch. I do my best to help veterans wherever I can.
