A: Yes, CBD is very much legal in the UK, however, companies selling UK have to have their products on the Food Safety Agency’s (FSA) ‘Register of CBD Products Linked to novel food applications, use this link:

Q: Does CBD get you high UK?

A: FSA listed CBD products will not have the compound in them that offers the user a ‘high’, so the answer should be ‘NO’.

 

Q: Can my GP prescribe CBD in the UK?

A: CBD isn’t something that a UK GP will prescribe. GPs that show an interest in CBD and have a knowledge about it and believe in its benefits may suggest buying some.

 

Q: Does CBD oil show in a drug test?

A: Again, buying from companies whose products are listed on the FSA website above will keep you safe if you’re drugs tested for employment etc.

 

Q: What is the best strength CBD oil to use?

A: There isn’t a simple answer to this because we’re all different and your body will let you know what works – So it’s a little trial and error. But stick with it and you’ll be so glad that you did.
